Natural Health Secrets Revealed

You already know the basics of fighting an illness: drink plenty of fluids and get plenty of rest. Getting enough vitamin C is also important. Knowing those things is one thing but putting it into practice is quite another, especially when all you really want is relief from your cold symptoms. Wanting to simply get relief from immediate symptoms is why over the counter medications are so popular. They offer quick relief from cold and flu symptoms. What really happens is that the medication sort of puts the symptoms "on hold" which is why the flu seems to last so much longer when you're taking medications. Instead of simply letting your symptoms linger in favor of giving you a few minutes of easy breathing, natural health cures help you breathe and kick that flu to the curb. In case you're interested, an excellent way to load your diet with tons of delicious veggies is making healthy green smoothies with a Blentec blender. Highly recommended, and an excellent way to boost your immune system.

Try some peppers for cold relief. If you want to infuse your diet with vitamin C an easy way to do that is to eat some bell peppers with each meal. Using cayenne pepper in your cooking is another great way to boost your health (and clear out your sinus passages). Cayenne pepper in tea or in other foods can help you breathe and can cause you to sweat which will help bring down a fever. Cayenne pepper is a great way to raise your body temperature so that you can start sweating out all of those cold and flu germs that are making you sick. Ginger has been used for centuries to combat the common cold. Thankfully ginger is something that most people have on hand-either in their spice cabinets or in some of the hot tea varieties that might be hanging out in the kitchen. If you aren't feeling well, adding some ginger to your food or drinking some ginger tea certainly can't hurt you. Ginger contains elements that work against germs and help you heal. Drinking ginger tea regularly can help your immune system become strong enough to fight off any colds or flues that might try to take hold.

Tea is great when you have a cold! Teas that contain peppermint, yarrow and elder are fantastic remedies for people who suffer from a cold or from the flu. To make a very strong tea, put all three ingredients into your tea to get a triple punch against your cold or flu. Your body responds to these teas by sweating out the germs and harmful particles that are helping it stay sick.

There are all sorts of natural health remedies and solutions to illness. You probably already have a bunch of great natural illness cures in your house and you just don't know it! Some people believe that natural health works faster than using medication to cure an illness. Why not try out the natural way of healing? Last but not least, don't forget to look at our Blendtec reviews.

What I can have as a healthy breakfast?

I've started my diet last week. I pretty much got lunch and dinner planned out. But it's hard finding a good breakfast meal that will fill me up till lunch time. So lately I've been having 2 wheat pancakes, with sugar free syrup, sugar free fruit cup, and a 8 oz glass of water. I just need more ideas for breakfast.
I also have turkey bacon, vegetarian eggs, and sugar free oatmeal.
I'm 26 years old. I'm 5'1 and 145 lbs.

Sugar free oatmeal is what I have. When i get bored of that 3 eggs (1 whole 2 whites) and some bacon is great!

You don't have to eat 100% healthy all of the time, that is the way people fall off diets is they get bored of their food and go back to eating the way they did.

You should try to incorporate 1-2 "cheat" meals a week to keep your diet interesting.

Do some research on those sugar free syrups, I believe they can have quite negative side effects (cancer etc) If I'm not wrong. Just use real syrup sparingly, or try honey.
