I know you start by baking a round and a square cake, but how do you assemble to creat the cone and ice cream top?
I would imagine the you would cut the square cake so that it is cut from the corner of one side to the middle of the other, then you put the two widest parts together so that you have a big triangle which would be the cone. Put the round cake on top and you have an ice-cream cone shape. Ice it brown for the cone and draw waffle texture in it. Ice ice-cream top in whatever color you want it to be and make it look ice-cream like. You could even put hot fudge using a bit of melted chocolate and sprinkles on top. very cute.
